• Optional: Productivity tool permissions you explicitly grant (e.g. calendar, music, or docs).

• Encryption: AES-256 military-grade encryption for memories, chats, photos, and files.
• Auditability: Interactions are cryptographically logged on Polygon network.
• Key Ownership: You control your key - or we securely store it on your behalf, encrypted by your credentials.

• Only relevant context is retrieved - nothing more.
• AI orchestration uses multiple open source models - with scoped, consented context only at inference time.
• User-specific Suli Mind models never interact with public/shared systems.
• We never use your data to train any shared model. Ever. If you fine-tune, it’s yours and yours alone.

Emotional tone, spiritual patterns, or wellness data are used only to reflect insights back to you - and never transmitted or sold. What happens in your mind stays in your mind.

EchoMindLabs.AI does not - and will never - use your data to run ads, sell insights, or enable third-party tracking and even to train the shared models. You are never the product.

When connecting Google, Microsoft, or Apple tools, Suli will only access the data you authorize - for specific tasks like email summarization, note syncing, or calendar automation. You control these integrations.

EchomindLabs.AI uses YouTube API Services to retrieve and display public YouTube content such as video titles, channels, view counts, like counts, comment counts, and durations to enhance learning resources in Suli. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to YouTube data: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

• We do not request or obtain access to your YouTube account and do not ask you for YouTube permissions.
• We do not use OAuth scopes for YouTube and do not store Google OAuth tokens related to YouTube.
• Our system fetches only public YouTube data from our servers to surface relevant learning resources.

• We request only the minimum necessary data to provide the feature’s intended functionality and display it in-app.
• We use this data to present relevant educational resources and do not sell YouTube data.
• We do not share YouTube data with external parties other than Google/YouTube as required to access the APIs.
• If we store YouTube data, we retain it only as long as necessary to provide the service, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

We use essential cookies, local storage, and session storage for authentication, security, and feature functionality. Embedded YouTube content may set cookies as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We currently do not request account-level access to your YouTube data and do not store OAuth tokens. If in the future you choose to connect your YouTube account for additional features, you will be able to revoke our access at any time via Google’s security settings: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

• Export or permanently delete your memories at any time.
• Rotate, revoke, or replace your encryption key as you wish.
• Enable, freeze, or wipe your Suli Mind model anytime.

You may assign a trusted contact for legacy access. Without this, your encrypted Suli is sealed permanently - a soulbound record of your digital self, resting in full privacy.

You may also choose to delete your entire Suli Mind, should your journey require release, rebirth, or transition.
